Onboarding

Once you decide to partner with Signatures, we’ll start immediately—meeting to decide how to best integrate our program with your organization’s culture, requirements and desires.

At this phase, we’ll walk through the four elements of our program, then help you determine which options work best within your company to streamline the process of ordering, offering proper fitting for your staff, and packaging and delivery options.

Contract

We don’t require contracts from our clients—instead, we earn your business every single day.

That may seem like a crazy policy, but our track record says otherwise; in fact, we’ve got one of the highest client retention rates in the industry. We believe it’s resulted in stronger relationships, as we’re focused on constantly ensuring we’re proactively listening and staying ingrained in your culture, and consistently challenge ourselves to earn your trust and business. Account Management

You’ll be assigned an account manager who serves as your brand champion, as your point of contact and ambassador within our system, schedules and operations.

From understanding your brand standards to being available for questions, concerns or new projects that pop up unexpectedly, your account manager is charged with ensuring our SQuARE of Care commitment to you, and is always just an email or phone call away.

Ordering

Depending on the options you’ve selected for your company, purchasing can be handled in various ways.

We make the ordering process easy—whether that means ordering through your own, personalized webstore, on one of our customized order forms or through your own account manager, you can be sure we’ll have your order done right.

When it comes to fulfillment, you can rest assured we keep our eyes on every detail.

Distribution

If you’ve ever had to sort out hundreds of shirts to determine which employee ordered what, you know the pain that disorderly fulfillment creates.

Fortunately, we customize your order and its delivery options, providing labeled boxes for each employee, for department heads or even mailed to the employee at home—taking the stress away from the hours of playing matchup, but ensuring that each piece is folded, packaged and delivered in a way that works for you.
